About Pete "Van"
Van Consultant LLC is the realization of a long-standing vision — built on decades of service, operational experience, and a genuine commitment to the defense mission.
Pete "Van" de Meulebroecke brings more than 32 years of civil service within the NAVWAR community, supporting Field Activity operations at NIWC Atlantic and program-level acquisition efforts at PEO C4I and PEO MLB. He concluded his government career as the Program Manager Competency Director for NIWC Atlantic, managing Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads across multiple programs.
Following government service, Pete spent over six years in defense industry business development and six years serving on the Board of Directors for the Charleston Defense Contractors Association (CDCA). With deep, trusted relationships across both government and industry, Van Consultant was founded to help organizations connect, compete, and succeed.
